As this is a personalized service, the time required to create your itinerary can vary based on its complexity. For the basic service, it typically takes around 24 hours. For more complex or extended itineraries, it can take up to a week.
No, we do not charge for those days. That’s why we provide a manual quote after reviewing your requirements instead of using an online quoting system. For example, if your trip is 5 days long and includes 2 days of tours and 3 days of beach relaxation, we will only charge for the 2 days of planned activities.
An Itinerary Day is any day within your itinerary where we provide planning services for activities, tours, or other scheduled events. Rest days, where no planning is required, are not included in our final quote.
Yes, we do. If you’re unsure where to start and need assistance, we offer an initial 30-minute phone consultation, generally conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. The cost for this service is $30 USD.
That’s not a problem at all. Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum services include two free revisions or amendment requests per itinerary.
We accept all major credit cards via online payment. Additionally, we can process payments through PayPal. If you require PayPal, please mention it in your initial request.
All our fees are non-refundable. However, we offer free revisions and work diligently with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction. If you have chosen our booking service and your travel plans change, we will work with suppliers to secure as much of a refund as possible. Please note that some bookings may be non-refundable or only partially refundable. All these details will be clearly communicated before we proceed with your final bookings.
