Fitcation HQ Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the Fitcation HQ Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

  • By submitting an application to the Fitcation HQ Affiliate Program, you are offering to become a partner. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion:

  • Upon approval, you will be provided with unique affiliate links to promote Fitcation HQ trip packages.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Cookie Tracking:

  • We utilize a 100-day cookie lifespan. This means that if a user clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 100 days, you will be eligible for a commission, provided all other conditions are met.

4. Commission Structure and Approval:

  • You will earn a commission on each valid trip package sale generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • Commission Approval: Commissions are considered approved only after the sold trip package has concluded. This means the trip must have taken place for the commission to be validated and eligible for payment.

5. Payment Terms:

  • Payment Method: All affiliate payments will be made via PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid and active PayPal account.
  • Minimum Payment Threshold: The minimum payment amount is USD $200. You will only be paid once your accumulated commission balance reaches or exceeds this threshold.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are processed during the first week of each month for the previous month’s approved commissions that have met the minimum payment threshold.

6. Termination:

  • Fitcation HQ reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you.
  • You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to Fitcation HQ.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding commissions that have met the payment criteria will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle. Commissions that have not yet reached the minimum payout threshold or where the associated trip has not yet concluded may be forfeited.

7. Modifications:

  • Fitcation HQ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.  

8. Affiliate Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the integration and proper functioning of your affiliate links.
  • You agree not to engage in any misleading or unethical promotional activities.
  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your affiliate earnings.

9. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.  

By proceeding with your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
